What TKC Needs Before Sending an Opportunity
Every buyer who submits through this website starts as unverified. Verification is a short, practical conversation — not a credit check.

You start unverified — on purpose
A web form cannot prove that someone closes. So every buy box submitted here is recorded as unverified until TKC has spoken with you. That is not a judgement; it is how the list stays worth being on.
What verification covers
- Who the buying entity is and who signs.
- How purchases are funded — cash, private lender, hard money, line of credit.
- How proof of funds is produced and how recent it is.
- Earnest money amount you normally place and how quickly.
- Realistic days to close, from executed contract to funding.
- Recent purchase history in the markets you named.
- Whether you accept assignments, double closes, or JV structures.
What it does not require
TKC does not ask for bank logins, social security numbers, tax returns or account statements through this website. If you are ever asked for that by someone claiming to be TKC, stop and contact us directly at the address on this site.
Common questions
- How long does verification take?
- Usually one conversation. Scheduling one is the fastest route.
